Compost Bins: Use only when there is room within the bin. Please read the sign above the bins for acceptable items. NO PLASTIC EVER, even if it says compostable. Compostable plastic requires a special facility.

If The Bins Are Full: Please put all kitchen waste and non-recyclables in the large BROWN BIN in the garbage area.

Blue Bins: city supported recyclables only. Be sure to break down boxes and large items to maximize space in the bin.
