Artwork in Common Areas

As per the bylaws, nothing can be hung or displayed in common areas without approval of the Board.

Board Policies & Procedures

  1. Items hung or displayed in common areas without approval of the Board will be removed and disposed of.
  2. Currently the only area that has been approved for artwork is the front entry.
  3. The Board will consult with owners before expanding the display of artwork into any other areas of the building.
