After discussion with some owners the Board has approved an amendment to the bike parking policy reducing the amount of the deposit required.
The deposit will now be $100 for the first rack assigned to a unit and $50 for each subsequent rack assigned to the same unit.
Refunds will be issued for any over-payments that have been received.
