There is an issue with the elevator call button on the third floor. Management is aware of it and dealing with the situation.
Meanwhile, if the elevator is stuck on the 3rd floor:
- Push or wiggle the call button on the 3rd floor a few times to CLOSE the door. (The button on the wall outside the elevator)
- PLEASE DO NOT FORCE THE DOOR OR ATTEMPT TO PULL IT CLOSED
- If the elevator is not coming to your floor it might be stuck on the third floor, see above.
We regret this inconvenience and ask for your patience as it is being resolved. If you have mobility issues and do not know anyone in the building you can call to help should this situation occur, please contact a Board member.
If you are able to easily access the third floor and willing to give your phone number to a fellow resident with mobility issues please leave your name and phone number with a note in Box 41.
