The budget was sent out to all owners late last week. Please check your email and spam folders. If you did not receive it please contact the property manager for a copy. As previously indicated the Board anticipates having the AGM in February so we have not scheduled a budget meeting for November. However, we are gathering and collating all questions related to the budget and will prepare a letter to go out after the November 16 Board meeting. As always, please address any questions or concerns to the Board via Box 41.
The Parkade Membrane Project is well underway. For those who have been wondering, the colder weather is not an issue and rain slows things down more than snow at this stage. Further details will be available after the November 16 meeting. Meanwhile it is advisable to check your locker in the parkade and make sure anything that could be damaged by water is covered or removed. There has been some leaking in some areas. This will be resolved shortly as the membrane should be fully installed in the next few days.
