It is that time of year again. As the nights get colder the critters will try to find shelter. Please check for signs of mice in the backs of cupboards, along baseboards etc. and let the property manger know if you have any sightings.
The PMR project is off to a good start with no surprises so far as they get down to the concrete slab. Plans for the infrastructure for the landscaping will also be determined soon to co-ordinate with the rest of the project. As was discussed at the AGM, the landscaping plans include the north side of the building, with appropriate trees and greenery to replace, and improve upon, the previous situation.
