Minutes, Front Door and Heat Updates

Let there be heat! We would rather the solar variety, but given the current temperatures looks like we need the boiler a while longer. Repairs were made last night.

The front door has also been repaired. A busy start for our new property manager. Please  continue to let Ted know if there are any further problems. He will be in the parkade Saturday afternoon for the bike clean-up if you would like to meet him.

The minutes of the March Board meeting were approved at the April Board meeting and have now been posted.

    Thanks for cleaning up the bike racks. I hope this will lead to more accessible bike lock-ups, for those of us wanting to commute via bicycle 😉
