Front Door Issues & Bike Area Clean-Up Reminder

Locked Outer Front Door

There is an electrical problem with the front door. Repairs are underway. Please make arrangements to have visitors call so you can meet them at the door until this is resolved.

In future please notify the Property Manger when something like this happens so it can be attended to quickly.

Reminder: Bike Area Clean-Up Saturday May 9

Please remove all bikes and accessories from the parkade between 1 and 4 p.m. this Saturday.

The purpose is to clean up this area and make it more usable.

We can only do that if we know which bikes have been abandoned by former residents.

Please send signed comments or requests for maintenance via Box 41 or call the property manager at 780-203-4105
